Shipping policy

We make all of our pieces by hand in Los Angeles, CA. We do our best to turn around orders as quickly as possible but because of the nature of our process it can take between 2-3 weeks for our collection pieces and 3-4 weeks for customized orders. Please remember that the shipping speed you choose does not have any impact on the time it takes to make your jewelry. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

All orders are insured via UPS and USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Fees per order are as follows:

USA Ground : $7
USA 3 to 4 business days: $15
USA 1 to 2 business days: $25

Canada Standard International 2 to 3 business days: $20
Australia Economy International 6 to 18 business days: $50
Israel Economy International 6 to 18 business day: $35
United Kingdom Economy International 6 to 18 business days: $25

The customer is responsible for all customs or duties fees associated with international shipping.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees ($15) and fees for future shipments ($15 for UPS ground).
